Arsenal could be crowned Premier League champions this Sunday but have to beat Everton and rely on Manchester City slipping up at home to West Ham United.

The Gunners are now two points behind Man City heading into the final day of the season and have to defeat the Toffees this weekend and hope their title rivals fail to beat the Hammers. Due to their superior goal difference, Arsenal know a win will be enough for glory should Pep Guardiola's side drop points at the Etihad.

However, their first job is to overcome an Everton side that has been in fantastic form over the past month. The Toffees, who are now comfortably safe from relegation despite their points deductions, have won five of their last seven matches, keeping clean sheets in all of said victories.

A repeat of the reverse fixture would do just fine for Arsenal, with the north London side coming out as 1-0 winners at Goodison Park in September thanks to Leandro Trossard's strike.

Here is 90min's guide to an enormous clash at the Emirates.

Arsenal haven't had too many injuries to contend with over the past month and nor do they have many heading into the final day. In fact, Jurrien Timber is the only absentee, with the Dutchman now close to full fitness but perhaps rested until next season.

Bukayo Saka is an injury doubt ahead of Everton's visit after taking a knock during the recent 1-0 win over Manchester United. However, Mikel Arteta has suggested he should be able to play this Sunday.

Andre Gomes may be fit for the Arsenal clash after suffering a head injury against Sheffield United, being forced to be withdrawn against the Blades despite being a substitute himself.

Arsenal vs Everton score prediction

Arsenal will be desperate to hold up their end of the bargain this Sunday. It would be devastating for the Gunners if Man City were to slip-up and they failed to win, but Arteta's men have shown their character and resilience in recent weeks.

While Everton are in good form and could frustrate Arsenal, they lack the attacking quality to punish the league's most resolute backline. Whether a win will be enough for the hosts remains to be seen, but they should grab victory regardless.

Prediction: Arsenal 2-0 Everton
