Barcelona predicted lineup vs Mallorca - La Liga
- Barcelona take on Mallorca just three days after 4-3 win over Celta
- Catalan giants defying gruelling schedule and continue to win games for Hansi Flick
- Overperforming visitors sit seventh in La Liga but struggle to score goals

Barcelona are in action for the sixth time in 17 days on Tuesday night as Mallorca travel to Catalonia for La Liga action.
The relentless schedule hasn't affected Barcelona's form, with defeat to Borussia Dortmund in the second leg of the pair's Champions League quarter-final – Hansi Flick's side had already romped to a 4-0 win in the first leg – the only blot on their 2025 copybook.
Saturday's 4-3 win over Celta Vigo was exhausting both physically and mentally. Barcelona had to come back from 3-1 down to pick up a massive three points, maintaining their four-point advantage over Real Madrid in the most dramatic way possible.
Here's the side Hansi Flick, who is missing Robert Lewandowski because of a hamstring injury, could select to get the job done.
Barcelona predicted lineup vs Mallorca (4-2-3-1)
GK: Wojciech Szczesny - Deco has already suggested that Szczesny has done enough to earn a new one-year contract – a sentiment Barcelona supporters will no doubt agree with.
RB: Jules Kounde - Kounde still harbours hopes of returning to centre-back at some point but his primary function remains as a marauding right-back.
CB: Ronald Araujo - The Uruguayan is no longer first choice for Barcelona, with Inigo Martinez and Pau Cubarsi a competent duo, but rotation may be required to keep the former fresh.
CB: Pau Cubarsi - It's hard to believe Cubarsi is just 18 years old, likewise it's hard to believe that he's already played over 70 games for Barcelona.
LB: Gerard Martin - The continued absence of Alejandro Balde, owing to a hamstring injury, should extend Martin's chance to shine.
CM: Frenkie de Jong - There's few midfielders in world football better on the ball than De Jong, whose experience will be crucial in guiding Barcelona through the latter stages of the campaign.
CM: Pedri - Managing of minutes has been key to Pedri's superb form this season but a rest likely can't be afforded in a game that could extend Barcelona's lead atop the table to seven points.
RW: Lamine Yamal - The unthinkable happened at the weekend as Flick took Yamal out of the side to take a well-earned breather. The Spaniard was, however, called upon after an hour against Celta and the game promptly turned on its head.
AM: Gavi - Dani Olmo's season has been rather stop-start, through no fault of his own, and the Spaniard could drop to the bench to welcome Gavi back in from the off.
LW: Raphinha - The Brazilian, who many will feel is in with a great chance of winning the 2025 Ballon d'Or, flipped over to the right against Celta to fill the Yamal void but plays his absolute best on the left. He'll be back in familiar surroundings here.
ST: Ferran Torres - Torres showed his disgust at being withdrawn early against Celta, booting a water bottle over in a clear show of frustration towards Flick. But the German manager needs the 25-year-old to dust himself down quickly and fill the boots of the injured Lewandowski up top.
