When you first boot up EA FC 25 on your chosen platform, the last thing you want to do is fiddle around with your settings.

You want to get straight into Ultimate Team or selecting your first Career Mode save, not slightly adjusting the minutiae of the game's set-up.

However, tweaking your settings - particularly your camera setting - can have an enormous impact on performance, with even subtle alterations boosting your chances of victory and giving you a competitive advantage over other players.

With that in mind, here are the best camera settings to use on EA FC 25.

Of course, selecting your camera angle is a personal choice and different players will prefer different settings. From a purely aesthetic perspective, Broadcast is arguably the camera angle that makes the game look most impressive, but it will seriously hamper your technical performance.

So, what is the best camera angle for performance in this year's game? Well, the answer would almost certainly be Co-op. This particular angle allows you an incredibly broad view of the pitch, helping your visibility, passing, shooting and, perhaps most importantly, ability to switch between players.

Tele Broadcast is also a popular choice among elite-level EA FC players but the increased zoom of this particular camera angle doesn't allow full visibility of the pitch, meaning you have to be adept at utilising the mini pitch radar at the bottom of the screen if you want to use this setting.

Our recommendation would be as follows:

  • Single player & Multiplayer camera angle: Co-op
  • Height: 20
  • Zoom: 0
  • Far Side Focus: 10
  • Ball Tracking Speed: 0
  • Penalty Area Zoom: 0
  • Power Shot Zoom: Off

Height should be set at 20 to give you the best possible view of the pitch, while Zoom should be set at zero for the same reason. However, if you're having slight visibility issues due to your monitor or TV set-up, then moving the Zoom up to 10 can be beneficial.

Ball Tracking Speed ultimately impacts how fast gameplay feels, with the higher the setting the quicker the gameplay. We would recommend keeping this as low as possible.
