One area of the pitch that cannot be overlooked in EA FC 25 is out wide.

Whether playing Ultimate Team or Career Mode, it's essential to have talented, skilful and, most importantly, quick wingers. Fortunately, there are plenty to choose from on the right-hand side in EA FC 25.

Finding a talented winger is a good start but it's even better if you can identify one with the potential to blossom into a world-beater in the future - especially on Career Mode where youth and potential are king.

To save you a little time, here are the best young players aged 23 or under who do their business on the right wing.

Our list of wonderkid wingers includes any player that has RW or RM as their starting position in EA FC 25, with one obvious candidate standing in his own category. Young Euro 2024 star and Barcelona dynamo Lamine Yamal makes his debut in this year's game, starting with an 81 rating that can ascend all the way to 94 - that's three higher than Kylian Mbappe's current rating.

In pursuit of the teenager is Real Madrid star Rodrygo, who is already 86-rated and has a potential of 91. The electric Brazilian has shown he can match the output of his compatriot and fellow winger Vinicius Junior in recent years.

Cole Palmer and Bukayo Saka show just how bright England's future is with potential of 89, while Manchester City Women winger Jess Park has also been an English revelation recently and boasts the same potential as her compatriots.

Manchester United Women now lay claim to a winger who may rival Park in the future, with summer recruit Celin Bizet possessing a potential rating of 86. The Norwegian is only bettered in her position by City's Park, Washington Spirit's Rosemonde Kouassi and Real Sociedad's Amaiur Sarriegi in the women's game.

Michael Olise recently departed the Premier League for Bayern Munich, a move that has worked out well for player and club to date. The French winger joins fellow Bundesliga stars Jeremie Frimpong and Yan Couto in the list of 20 young right wingers with the best potential, although the latter two can play in defence as well.

While the world's best young right wingers all have eye-watering price tags, there is plenty of value to be found in the market for £15m or less. The best there is to offer is undoubtedly Sporting CP's Geovany Quenda, who is valued at just £3.3m despite boasting an 88 potential at 17 years of age.

The Portuguese winger is joined by fellow Iberians Assane Diao and Estanis. The Spanish duo represent Real Betis and Sampdoria respectively, with the latter having recently made a permanent move to Italy for Barcelona. Both are valued at under £5m.

Bizet may lead the way in the women's game but she is joined by fellow Women's Super League winger Bruna in the bargain category. The young Spaniard is honing her craft at Brighton & Hove Albion and can reach 85 overall.
