Chelsea have unveiled their new away shirt for the 2024/25 season during their pre-season tour of the United States.
The Blues divided opinion with the release of their home shirt earlier this summer but appear to have won over disgruntled fans with this new design, which retains the theme of 'blue fire'.
A base described as 'guava ice' is used to help accents of orange stand out across the shirt, including a new colourway for the Chelsea badge.
Orange has been used on a number of occasions in the past. This season's home goalkeeper shirt is orange, as was the case in 2022/23, while several away and third kits have featured the colour ever since its introduction in the famous 1994/95 away shirt.
Blue also features prominently across the collar, cuffs, Nike emblem and Chelsea badge.
The new away kit is now on sale but, like the home shirt, is only available without a front-of-shirt sponsor.
Chelsea have retained Infinite Athlete as their primary sponsor for pre-season games, with the company logo remaining on shirts for the 2-2 draw with Wrexham and 4-1 defeat to Celtic, but will not feature when the new Premier League season begins.
Reports have suggested that co-owner Behdad Eghbali has taken the sole responsibility of finding a new front-of-shirt sponsor. Companies from Saudi Arabia, not believed to be Riyadh Air, have been identified as potential partners.
However, there are believed to be concerns about the fan response to a deal with a Saudi business after fans protested an agreement with betting site Stake last summer.
