Lo bueno, lo malo y lo feo de la eliminación de León en Concachampions

The series of the round of 16 of the Concacaf Champions League concluded, between LAFC and  Club León , the Los Angeles club advanced to the quarterfinals of the competition, after beating La Fiera 3-2 on aggregate. Those led by Nacho Ambriz won the first leg from the Nou Camp 2-0, but lost 3-0 in California, for which they were eliminated from the international tournament. 

We leave you with the good, the bad and the ugly of the elimination with a landslide for  León  against LAFC. 

The good

Rodolfo Cota's bilge. LAFC started the match very intense, barely at minute 6 of the game Carlos Vela put the emerald frame in danger, but a correct drain from the Mexican goalkeeper prevented the scratchy Aztec from increasing his chances of scoring. 

Rodolfo Cota's double attack. In one more dangerous play, the Panzas Verdes goalkeeper made a double intervention to avoid the fall of his goal, Rossi 's depth at minute 11 again wobbled the visiting defense, later it would be marked out of place. 

Another impressive save by Rodolfo Cota. Without a doubt, in the first period, the León goalkeeper   took the applause with another great save at minute 15, once again he saved his team from the locals getting closer on the scoreboard. 

The well-deserved goal by Carlos Vela. After the first 25 minutes of incessant intensity from the North American club, through the Mexican striker, Vela , they took the lead on the scoreboard at minute 26 (1-2, on aggregate), this time Cota could not do anything to avoid notation. It is the first time that the Aztec striker has scored a goal against a team from Mexico. 

One more intervention by Cota. At minute 58, on another occasion Rodolfo Cota had a save that went straight into his net, but a good slap prevented the Californians from leveling the overall score. 

Carlos Vela's double. At minute 78, the Mexican scored his double and tied the overall score at 2-2. 

LAFC's comeback. Barely a minute later, Rossi scored the third goal of the night, a tremendous goal from the corner of the area and the Americans managed to come back. 

The bad

The elimination of a Mexican team. Unfortunately for Mexican soccer, American soccer continues to grow in terms of soccer, and to show the elimination of the emerald team in the round of 16 of the Concachampions, the Mexican club fell 3-0 in the second leg and was eliminated. 

the ugly

The badly disallowed goal for Carlos Vela.  The 24th minute was running, when in a counterattack by LAFC,  Carlos Vela scored a goal that should have counted on the scoreboard, it was not Rossi's offside, but the whistler ended up invalidating him unfairly due to the supposed advanced position.
