Paris Saint-Germain have made an approach to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United, a report has claimed.

Sancho impressed during a six-month loan with Borussia Dortmund and is back in the United squad after positive talks with manager Erik ten Hag, who agreed to move on from the pair's public feud and welcome the winger back into his setup.

While United are no longer actively looking to sell Sancho, they are still expected to listen to offers for the winger, as is the case for a large number of players in Ten Hag's squad.

According to Foot Mercato, they could soon have an offer from PSG, who have identified Sancho as a target in their plan to replace Kylian Mbappe.

PSG are said to have spoken to Sancho's agents and are nearing an agreement over personal terms with the winger.

Despite Sancho's feud with Ten Hag coming to an end, PSG still see the 24-year-old as a potential opportunity in the summer transfer window and believe his performances in the Champions League last season - arguably Sancho's best showing during his loan with Dortmund came against PSG - suggest he could help in the quest to replace Mbappe.

PSG are also chasing a deal for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and could finance a move for the Nigeria international by selling midfielder Manuel Ugarte, who is a key target for United.

Ugarte is available for transfer this summer but could cost United close to £60m - a fee which the Red Devils would have to raise through sales before being able to approve.

Ten Hag, however, has suggested he is in no rush to cash in on Sancho now the winger is back in the United squad.

"We had a good talk," the United boss explained. "Everyone can make mistakes. We've moved on. This club needs good players and one thing is for sure, Jadon is a very good player. It's good to have Jadon back."
