Gameweek 34 of the European football calendar saw yet another team crowned champions of their domestic league.

After Bayer Leverkusen secured a first-ever Bundesliga title last week, Inter secured their 20th Scudetto thanks to a famous derby win over AC Milan. Elsewhere Real Madrid all-but secured their 36th La Liga title with a win over Barcelona, and PSG took another step toward their 12th Ligue 1 honours with a win over Lyon.

Here are 90min's top ten performers from all the excitement.

10. Joshua Zirkzee

Club: Bologna
Position: Forward

Joshua Zirkzee's name has been doing the rounds on the rumour mill for a number of months, and judging by his performance on Monday evening it's pretty easy to see why.

The Bologna man inspired his side to a surprise win over an in-form AS Roma side at the Stadio Olimpico with a goal and an assist - his 15th and 16th goal contributions of the season.

9. Josip Stanisic

Club: Bayer Leverkusen
Position: Wing-back

In the 96th minute of Sunday's clash between Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund, it looked for all the world like Xabi Alonso's side were about to lose for the first time this season.

And then an unlikely hero stepped up.

The Bayern Munich loanee rose highest at the near post to nod home a Florian Wirtz corner kick and just about keep his side's unbeaten run intact.

8. Marcus Thuram

Club: Inter
Position: Forward

Has there been a better signing than Marcus Thuram this season?

Considering he cost absolutely nothing and scored the goal which secured the Scudetto for Inter in the Derby della Madonnina, there probably isn't.

7. Lucas Vazquez

Club: Real Madrid
Position: Full-back

From rarely kicking a ball for large parts of the 2023/24 season, to becoming one of Real Madrid's best players in recent weeks - it's fair to say that it's been a rollercoaster campaign for Lucas Vazquez.

The full-back put a season-best performance on Sunday evening, setting up two goals and winning a penalty in his side's dramatic, title-deciding, win over El Clasico rivals Barcelona.

6. Thomas Muller

Club: Bayern Munich
Position: Midfielder

Sure, Thomas Muller is nowhere near the player he was a decade ago - if he was he'd have played more than 17 Bundesliga games this season - but one can't deny that he can still be effective.

The weekend win over Union Berlin proved that, as Muller bagged himself a brace for the Bavarians and basically ran the show for the 84 minutes he was on the pitch.

5. Robin Hack

Club: Borussia Monchengladbach
Position: Forward

Robin Hack scored a hat-trick at the weekend and yet Borussia Monchengladbach still found a way to lose to Hoffenheim. That must've been quite frustrating for the forward.

Hopefully this nod in our rankings will be a bit of a consolation prize for Hack.

4. Goncalo Ramos

Club: Paris Saint-Germain
Position: Forward

The man tasked with playing in Kylian Mbappe's stead while the superstar has been load managed for Champions League games, Goncalo Ramos has managed to finally find some form at PSG in recent weeks.

The Portugal international made it four goals in three Ligue 1 games with a brace against Lyon last week. Nice one.

3. Viktor Gyokeres

Club: Sporting CP
Position: Forward

The man linked with mega money moves to Arsenal and Chelsea continued his rather astounding form in front of goal over the weekend.

His two goals in the 3-0 win over Vitoria de Guimaraes were his 33rd and 34th goal contributions in just 29 Liga Portugal games this season.

2. Vinicius Junior

Club: Real Madrid
Position: Forward

A lot of Real Madrid players actually looked quite tired on Sunday - Vinicius Junior was not one of those players.

Despite playing over 100 minutes of gruelling football against Manchester City, Vini was as bright and electric as ever in El Clasico, chipping in with a goal and assist in the win.

1. Jude Bellingham

Position: Midfielder

He did it again.

The most clutch footballer in Europe right now came up with yet another last-minute goal for Real Madrid over the weekend - and it was his most important yet.

Jude Bellingham's 91st-minute goal not only secured the Clasico for Madrid, but also pretty much sealed the La Liga title too.
