EA FC 25 is only the second release in the franchise's history since it lost its FIFA branding and it's set to release imminently.
Football's most popular video game will be available for gamers in late September, bringing with it a host of new features. There have been upgrades to Ultimate Team and Career Mode, including the release of a brand new 5v5 mode in Rush.
However, some of those who are yet to make the move from Xbox One to the new generation of console may fear being left behind as their friends and family enjoy the chaos of another EA FC title.
Here's everything you need to know about EA FC 25 and Xbox One.
When does EA FC 25 come out?
EA FC 25's release was confirmed some time ago and those purchasing the Standard Edition of the game on their chosen platform will be able to begin their adventures on Friday 27 September.
However, those buying the Ultimate Edition will get early access to the game, beginning on Friday 20 September. Members of EA Play - which is included in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate - also get a 10-hour free trial that begins on the same date.
Is EA FC 25 coming to Xbox One?
Don't fear, EA FC 25 is indeed coming to Xbox One. Those who are yet to upgrade their console will still be able to enjoy the thrills of the franchise, although the performance and certain features of the game may be limited as a result of the console's capabilities.
For example, EA's HyperMotionV technology is only available on PC and new-gen consoles, with Xbox One players also limited in only being able to face players using the same generation of console as them.
How much does EA Sports FC cost on Xbox One?
Xbox One users hoping that they may save a few pennies by not having some of the more advanced features of EA FC 25 will be disappointed, with the Xbox One Standard Edition setting players back £69.99 in the United Kingdom. That's the same price as on Xbox Series X/S.
For the Ultimate Edition, Xbox One customers will have to fork out £99.99, but that edition of the game does come with added perks such as early access rewards and FC points.
