Karim Adeyemi has insisted he is happy at Borussia Dortmund but refused to close the door to a summer departure amid interest from Chelsea and Liverpool.

90min understands Chelsea have identified Adeyemi as a potential value signing at around £25m, with the Blues looking for a new forward who is comfortable both in central areas and out wide.

Reports in Germany have also touted Liverpool as potential suitors for Adeyemi, who was asked about his future during Dortmund's pre-season training.

"I can't say anything about that, I'm wearing a Dortmund shirt and I'm very happy to be wearing a Dortmund shirt," he told Ruhr Nachrichten.

However, Adeyemi did leave Dortmund fans sweating by adding: "There are no guarantees in life."

Adeyemi, 22, started just ten Bundesliga matches last season and will hope for a fresh start under new manager Nuri Sahin, who has publicly pledged his support to the young forward.

"Karim knows what I think about him," Sahin said. "I'm not going to start commenting on every rumour. I'm not playing along.

"What's important to me is what I want from Karim. And what Karim told me is important to me. Everything else is not my concern."

Juventus are also known to be interested in Adeyemi as they brace themselves for the departure of Italy international Federico Chiesa, who is free to leave the club after entering the final 12 months of his contract and has been tipped to move to the Premier League.
