Manchester United defender Leny Yoro has been spotted wearing a protective boot and walking with the aid of crutches after picking up a foot injury.
The 18-year-old had to be hauled off early on in Saturday's 2-1 pre-season defeat to Arsenal in Los Angeles after sustaining the problem. He managed to limp off the pitch and down the tunnel but was grimacing in pain.
As United resumed training at their temporary UCLA base, Yoro was seen sporting a protective boot and crutches in order to walk.
BBC Sport report that United are still none-the-wiser over how long he may be out for as they are continuing to assess the full extent of the injury.
Erik ten Hag may provide an update after his side take on Real Betis on Wednesday night, otherwise the club could release a statement on the timeframe of Yoro's recovery in the coming days.
Yoro, who recently joined United from Lille for an initial £52.2m, has only missed game-time with injury once in his career, sitting out one game for the French side with an adductor issue in October 2023.
United are yet to welcome Lisandro Martinez back to pre-season training, with the centre-back still on holiday following Argentina's Copa America triumph. Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans are the only fit senior central defenders available to Ten Hag at this moment.
After facing Betis in San Diego, United will round off their pre-season preparations with a friendly against rivals Liverpool in South Carolina on Saturday.
Having won the FA Cup at the end of last season, United will partake in the Community Shield for the first time since 2016. They will face rivals Manchester City at Wembley on August 10.
After that, Ten Hag's men will kick off the new Premier League campaign with a Friday night fixture at home to Fulham on August 16.
