Manchester City will throw everything they have into Tuesday night's match at Tottenham Hotspur when they visit north London to edge themselves closer to clinching the Premier League title.

Two goals from Josko Gvardiol and one apiece from Phil Foden and Julian Alvarez delivered Man City a comprehensive 4-0 win over Fulham on Saturday, placing the onus on Arsenal to beat Manchester United on Sunday.

The Gunners kept their side of the bargain in a 1-0 success at Old Trafford thanks to Leandro Trossard's first-half finish and must now hope their bitter local rivals do them a favour in midweek.

Here's how City could line up against Spurs with the pressure now on their shoulders.

Rodri

GK: Ederson - The Brazilian has featured consistently between the sticks for City in recent matches, relegating Stefan Ortega back to the bench. It's unlikely that the gloves will be traded again before the end of the season with Ederson fully fit once more.

RB: Kyle Walker - Looked set for a rest ahead of the Spurs clash but was brought on for Nathan Ake in City's clash with Fulham after just over 20 minutes. Nevertheless, the 33-year-old rose to the occasion admirably with a stalwart defensive performance and will likely do the same at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

CB: Ruben Dias - The Portuguese made his return to City's starting lineup at Craven Cottage and showed no signs of rust from his injury layoff, completing the full 90 minutes. Both Pep Guardiola and supporters will be hopeful the centre-back can feature in the remaining fixtures of the season, both in the Premier League and the FA Cup.

CB: Manuel Akanji - With Ake out and Walker in, the Switzerland international will likely partner with Dias at centre-back.

LB: Josko Gvardiol - Gvardiol's brace against Fulham means the Croatian has now scored five goals in his last seven games.

CM: Rodri - The Spaniard rarely disappoints and is one of the first names on the City team sheet. Has impressive numbers for a defensive midfielder, providing seven goals and nine assists in the Premier League this season.

CM: Mateo Kovacic - Has flourished alongside Rodri this season and is capable of scoring screamers if given the time and space.

RW: Bernardo Silva - A masterful dribbler, Silva possesses the skill and finesse to pose a considerable challenge for Spurs' backline. With his ability to glide past defenders and create scoring opportunities, the Portugal international will keep the opposition on their toes throughout the game.

AM: Kevin De Bruyne - A constant threat on the field, rarely finishing a game without leaving his mark with either a crucial goal or a timely assist. De Bruyne's presence alone demands attention from defenders, making him a formidable force to reckon with.

LW: Phil Foden - Fantasy Premier League enthusiasts will be eager to see Foden take to the field on Tuesday. The only player who might possibly take his place in the starting XI would be Jeremy Doku, who possesses just as much flair as Foden.

ST: Erling Haaland - While Haaland wasn't on the scoresheet against Fulham, he'll be given a shot at redemption in north London. Looks likely to clinch the Premier League Golden Boot unless former Cityzen Cole Palmer pulls off something extraordinary against Brighton and Bournemouth.
