Manchester United and Arsenal are both interested in signing Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi this summer, according to reports.

The 23-year-old has enjoyed three impressive years with Palace but is approaching the final two years of his contract, meaning this is the last summer in which the Eagles can command a significant fee for his services.

Palace fear Guehi will look to leave this summer,The Times report, and are preparing to demand a club-record fee of over £55m to part ways.

90min has previously reported on interest from United, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich, while Arsenal may come into play as they look for potential replacements for Jakub Kiwior, should the Poland international depart this summer.

Former employers Chelsea have also been tracking Guehi for a number of months and do have the right to match any bid that Palace accept for the defender.

Palace tried to sign a new centre-back in January, when Peterborough's Ronnie Edwards was a target, and are likely to try and recruit a new defender regardless of what happens to Guehi.

United are expected to have contact with Palace this summer as they are also keen to land winger Michael Olise. 90min understands the Frenchman is keen to make the move to Old Trafford, where new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe is known to have followed Olise from afar for a number of months.

Olise's contract includes a complex release clause worth between £50m and £60m and any sale would also eclipse Palace's current record departure - Aaron Wan-Bissaka's £50m move to United in 2019.
