Man Utd join race for Arsenal & Liverpool Premier League target
- Antoine Semenyo has attracted plenty of transfer interest
- Man Utd are thought to be interested in the 25-year-old
- Bournemouth winger is not expected to come cheap

Bournemouth's sought-after forward Antoine Semenyo is thought to have garnered the attention of Manchester United, although the Red Devils will have to battle Arsenal and Liverpool for the 25-year-old gem.
Semenyo has played in all four division's of England's football pyramid, making his way from League Two to the Premier League in the space of four years. After an impressive campaign last term, Semenyo has reached new heights this season.
The durable, two-footed forward is Bournemouth's joint-leading scorer for non-penalty goals and averages an outrageous 3.8 shots per game - more than Erling Haaland, Cole Palmer or Mohamed Salah.
Such form has sparked admiring glances from a glut of Premier League teams. Manchester United are the latest to join a jostling queue of suitors according to a report from the Independent, which also credits Arsenal and Liverpool with long-standing interest in the forward.
The Gunners' push for Semenyo could be bolstered by an emotional sway. The London-born Ghana international is a self-confessed Gooner. "I am an Arsenal fan," Semenyo told The Athletic earlier this season. "I don't conflict the two with my job. It is great to play against Arsenal, a team I have watched all my life and I want to play for the top clubs as well. In order for that to happen I need to prove it."
Semenyo has certainly proved his worth at the sharp end of a full-throttle Bournemouth side, scoring against both Manchester City and United this season.
Despite his qualities, Semenyo is not thought to be the first-choice option for United, Arsenal or Liverpool. While attacking additions are not thought to be a priority just yet for the Reds - a stance which may change if Mohamed Salah leaves in the summer - Arsenal and United are both thought to be vying for Nico Williams' signature.
The Athletic Club winger has a longer track record of consistent performances at the elite level than Semenyo and is only expected to cost around £50m. However, his wage demands are thought to be well in excess of £200,000 per week.
Semenyo's reported salary expectations are far more affordable, yet Bournemouth have been tipped to demand a steep transfer fee. Unlike Williams, the Premier League forward does not have a release clause and the Cherries are set to request at least £65m for their prized asset.
