It's been some week for Manchester United on and off the field.

The Sir Jim Ratcliffe interviews arrived just before news of the club's plans to build a new mega stadium emerged, and Ruben Amorim's group of players, who haven't exactly had it easy this term, could've easily succumbed to the whirl of narratives which continue to envelop the Red Devils.

However, after performing well in their 1-1 draw with Arsenal last weekend, United produced their standout performance of the Amorim era thus far on Thursday evening. Their 4-1 victory over Real Sociedad was aided by a second half red card, but United's display across all phases was nonetheless excellent against a savvy opponent.

They now have the chance to cap off a productive seven days with their fourth win this season over the hapless Leicester. Here's how Man Utd could line up at King Power on Sunday evening.

Bruno Fernandes

GK: Andre Onana - Talk of Onana being usurped has quietened down over the past few weeks, and Altay Bayindir is an injury doubt for this fixture anyway.

CB: Matthijs de Ligt - De Ligt started at the heart of United's back three in midweek, and that's where he looks more comfortable (when he isn't asked to move up into midfield during the build-up phase, anyway), but a defensive reshuffle could force the Dutchman into one of the wider centre-back roles.

CB: Harry Maguire - Amorim said Maguire would be assessed ahead of Sunday's game, but the former Leicester defender is trending towards making his return at his former employers.

CB: Ayden Heaven - The 18-year-old has a huge admirer in Amorim, who has spoken glowingly of the teenager since his substitute appearance against Arsenal last week. Heaven's in line for his first Premier League start.

RWB: Noussair Mazraoui - Patrick Dorgu's suspension will force Mazraoui to play wing-back no matter if Maguire is fit to return or not.

CM: Bruno Fernandes - The man of the moment. Fernandes has been in tremendous form, and Amorim is maximising his outstanding talent in a deeper midfield role.

CM: Casemiro - The veteran has offered levels of competence in recent outings, proving a stable enough foil for Fernandes and his forward forays in Amorim's pivot. The experienced Casemiro could start again at the weekend.

LWB: Diogo Dalot - Dalot completed United's midweek win over Sociedad and will shift over to the left in Dorgu's absence.

AM: Joshua Zirkzee - We're starting to see the Joshua Zirkzee who wooed Serie A lovers last season. The Dutchman was superb on Thursday, producing a performance littered with dazzling sequences with the ball at his feet. He's great to watch, and is proving to be rather versatile in this set-up.

AM: Alejandro Garnacho - Garnacho has been impressive as of late, and United's lack of options in attacking areas mean we should see the Argentine get another start on Sunday.

ST: Rasmus Hojlund - The Dane, like Garnacho, got 90 minutes under his belt in midweek, but Amorim may view this contest as a great opportunity for Hojlund to build some confidence. Only Southampton (68) have conceded more Premier League goals than Leicester (62) this season.
