Having survived the nerves of their respective two-legged play-off semi-finals, Huddersfield Town and Nottingham Forest will contest the 2022 play-off final.
The Terriers secured a narrow 2-1 aggregate victory over against outsiders Luton Town to book their place in the showpiece. Huddersfield were in the Premier League as recently as 2019, when they were relegated with just 16 points to their name.
Forest, meanwhile, overcame recent top-flight side Sheffield United in a dramatic semi-final. The tie finished all square on aggregate following respective 2-1 away victories, with Forest taking their place in the final courtesy of a 3-2 penalty success.
If they win the final, it would be the Midlands club's first foray into the Premier League since 1999.
