As we enter the final few games of the 2017/18 season, we are nearing the summer transfer window. Rumours are circulating over the future's of players, and clubs will already be eyeing up the deals they want to complete - ideally before the World Cup kicks off on June 14th.

Clubs will be looking for new recruits, whilst making decisions on who they want to keep hold of and which players they might let go.

Watford only have one player out of contract in the summer. But there's a total of five players currently on loan at Vicarage Road until the end of this campaign, some of whom the club might look to sign permanently.

On that note, here's a look at exactly when every first team player, including those currently on loan, is due to be out of contract...

1. Expiring 30th June 2018

**Orestis Karnezis (GK) - Was signed on a season long loan deal from Udinese at the end of the summer transfer window. Has now claimed the number one spot between the sticks, after initially stepping in for the injured Heurelho Gomes. Seemingly Javi Gracia's first choice, Watford could look to complete a permanent deal for the keeper.

Miguel Britos (DF) - A foot injury has resulted in the defender starting only ten league games this term. Now fit, he has been left out of the starting lineup for the past four games. Expected to depart at the end of the season, as Gracia has many options at the back.

**Molla Wague (DF) - Signed on loan at the beginning of the season, also from Udinese. Was left out of the revised Premier League squad at the turn of the year, with only 17 overseas players allowed, and 18 available. Not expected to be signed on a permanent deal.

**Gerard Deulofeu (MF) - Signed on loan from Barcelona in January. Had started every league game until he picked up an injury in March. Barcelona are not expected to recall the midfielder to the first team, and Watford could look to sign him up if he can return from injury and impress in the final few games.

**Didier Ndong (MF) - Joined on loan in January from Sunderland. Has not made one appearance for Watford, and has only made the bench three times. Although there is thought to be a clause in the contract regarding a permanent deal, he is expected to return to Sunderland at the end of the campaign.

**Andre Carillo (MF) - Signed on a season long loan from Benfica. The Spanish side's president is reportedly expecting Watford to take up the option to make the deal permanent, but Carillo has only started one game since Gracia took charge in January. Expected to leave at the end of his loan spell.

2. Expiring 30th June 2019

Heurelho Gomes (GK) - Played every league game this season until he picked up an injury in January. The keeper returned to fitness in February, but on loan Karnezis has continued to occupy the number one spot. Karnezis could depart at the end of his loan deal in the summer, and Gomes is expected to see out his contract either way.

Younes Kaboul (DF) - Started both games that he has been fit for, but has been sidelined with injury all season. Still recovering from a metatarsal fracture. Expected to see out his contract at Vicarage Road.

Adrian Mariappa (DF) - Has played every minute in the league since Gracia took charge in January. The centre back has made 280 appearances for Watford in all competitions. Expected to see out his contract. Could be offered an extension on his current deal.

Tommie Hoban (DF) - Struggled with injuries over the past few seasons. Was hoping for a loan deal this term, before picking up an injury which has kept him out all season. Expected to be sent out on loan in the summer.

3. Expiring 30th June 2020

Daniel Bachmann (GK) - Has not yet featured for the Hornets since arriving last summer. But at only 23 years old, he is only at the start of his career as a keeper. 37-year-old Gomes could depart in the next couple of seasons, and Bachmann could get his chance. Expected to stay at Vicarage Road.

Daryl Janmaat (DF) - Started 19 league games this season, and has made the spot on the right of defence his own since December. Has contributed three goals this term. Expected to remain at the club.

Jose Holebas (DF) - Signed a contract extension in January, but was then linked with a move to Galatasaray later the same month. Went through a period of being left out of the side in December/January, but has played 90 minutes in ten of the last 11 games for Watford. Likely to remain with the club.

Abdoulaye Doucoure (MF) - Has been linked with a move to one of the Premier League's big six clubs, with Liverpool, Man Utd and Tottenham all thought to be interested. The player has revealed he dreams to play in the Champions League and said he would discuss any offers. Expected to move on in the summer if an offer comes in.

4. Expiring 30th June 2021

Christian Kabasele (DF) - Started almost every league game that he has been available for this term. Recently returned to the lineup after recovering from injury. Has spoken of how he hopes Gracia will remain at the club. Expected to stay at Vicarage Road.

Kiko Femenia (DF) - Was used as a right back under Marco Silva, but Gracia has chosen to use him on the right wing. Has started five of the last six legue games, contributing a goal in that period. Gracia appears to be fond of the 27-year-old and his versatility. Expected to remain at Watford.

Sebastian Prodl (DF) - Signed a new four-year deal in September 2017. Prodl has only started 17 league games this term, with a hamstring injury keeping him out for two months. But the 30-year-old has started every game since Gracia took charge at the end of January, before missing out on Saturday through illness. Expected to stay with the Hertfordshire club.

Craig Cathcart (DF) - Injury struggles have kept him on the sidelines almost all season. But he has started the last two games since returning to fitness. Likely to stay with Watford.

Marvin Zeegelaar (DF) - Has had a stop-start first season at Vicarage Road. Longest spell in the starting XI has been five games. Has not been in the match day squad since the beginning of March. Could depart Watford in the summer.

Roberto Pereyra (MF) - Has made 30 appearances in the league this term, playing in every game that he has been available for. Pereyra has been used 50/50 as a starter and a subsititute, but has had a good run in the starting XI over the past couple of months. Expected to remain at Vicarage Road.

Jerome Sinclair (FW) - Has made only four league appearances this term, amounting to less than 30 minutes in total. Was linked a with a loan move to Eredivisie side Den Haag in January. Watford are thought to be in favour of loaning the 21-year-old out to allow the forward to get some game time. Likely to complete a loan move in the summer.

Troy Deeney (FW) - His first league start came seven weeks into the new season, down to injury struggles. He has been suspended for seven games in total, and has only managed to bag five league goals, before picking up a likely season-ending injury last week. But the forward is still the Hornets top scorer, and captain, is expected to remain with the club.

Stefano Okaka (FW) - Has only started three league games this term, and has missed a lot of the campaign through injury and suspension. Revealed in January that he is not happy with his amount of playing time. Was linked with many clubs including Fulham, Torino and Crystal Palace at the beginning of the year. Has featured more frequently under new coach Gracia, but has only been handed one start. Could depart the club in the summer.

5. Expiring 30th June 2022

Richarlison (MF) - Chelsea, Man Utd and Everton are reportedly interested. Watford are thought to want £40m. The 20-year-old has suggested he would consider moving clubs because he wants to be able to support his family the best he can, financially. Could leave in the summer if a big offer comes in.

Will Hughes (MF) - Had a tough first season at the club. Just as he broke into the starting XI in November he picked up an injury that kept him out until March. Has featured in every league game since returning, and has started the past four games. Gracia is a fan of the 23-year-old, who is expected to stay with the Hertfordshire club.

Tom Cleverley (MF) - Started all but three league games this term, before picking up a hamstring injury in February that has kept him on the sidelines since. He has only had the chance to play one game under Gracia because of the injury, but is expected to stay with the club.

Etienne Capoue (MF) - Was linked with a move away in January after struggling under Silva, but has since become a first team regular under Gracia. Has played 90 minutes of every game since the Spanish coach took charge, and signed a new four-year deal in March. Almost guaranteed to stay at Watford.

Nathaniel Chalobah (MF) - Started the first five league games of the season before picking up a knee injury, which has seemingly ended his campaign. As a result of the injury he has not featured under Gracia. Expected to continue his recovery with the club and remain at Vicarage Road.

Dodi Lukebakio (MF) - Has only made one league appearance, from the bench, since signing with the club in January. He is only 20 years old and Gracia has suggested he could be a star for Watford in the future. Could be loaned out in the summer to continue his development.

Andre Gray (FW) - Recently admitted his frustration over lack of game time under Gracia. He has only played 51 minutes under the new coach. Has had a tough first season at Watford, only netting four goals, but scored twice in his last two starts, leading to frustration over his recent omissions. Could look for a new club in the summer if the situation does not improve.
