AC Milan and Juventus lock horns in Serie A as both look to ramp up the pressure on league leaders Inter from second and fifth place respectively.

Milan's four-match winning run came to a shuddering halt when they were stung by a 96th minute home defeat to Spezia last time out, leaving Stefano Pioli ruing a missed opportunity after Inter's goal-less draw with Atalanta 24 hours before.

Meanwhile, Juve have some catching up to do after a sluggish first half of the season. Victory for Massimiliano Allegri's side here would move them to within four points of the Rossoneri.

This is everything you need to know about the game.

AC Milan vs Juventus head-to-head record

Milan have enjoyed recent success, losing only one of their last six meetings against Juve.

Pioli will be hoping for a similar outcome to the 4-2 league victory over Juventus at San Siro in July 2020, when the Rossoneri trailed 2-0 at the interval before blitzing the Old Lady with four goals without reply in the second half.

Meanwhile, the reverse fixture between these sides at the Allianz Stadium in September ended all square after Ante Rebic cancelled out Alvaro Morata's opener in the second half.

AC Milan vs Juventus score prediction

Milan's home form has been their Achilles heel this season, losing significant ground in the title race because of defeats to Napoli and Spezia at San Siro.

Allegri has steadied the ship in Turin after a turbulent start to the campaign, with the Old Lady having netted 12 times in their last four games.

Both sides are in dire need of a victory as Inter pull away at the summit of Serie A, so expect a high energy, open contest.

Prediction: AC Milan 2-2 Juventus
