After three weeks of competition, the Copa America 2024 final is set as Argentina and Colombia face off in what could be a record-breaking match for either side at Hard Rock Stadium.

This summer's Copa America has had everything from close matches to major upsets to chaotic penalty shootouts. The biggest game of all, though, is finally here. The reigning Copa America and World Cup champions, Argentina, must take on Colombia, a team that is currently on an unprecedented 28-game unbeaten streak.

La Albiceleste comfortably defeated Canada in the semi-finals to punch their ticket to their second consecutive Copa America final while Nestor Lorenzo's squad had to grind out a 1-0 victory over Uruguay after going down to ten men in the first half. After Argentina's underwhelming performance against Ecuador, the reigning champions looked back in form in the semi-finals thanks to the additions of Julian Alvarez and Angel Di Maria to the starting XI. Alvarez bagged the winner to advance La Albiceleste to the Copa America 2024 final, and Lionel Messi finally got his first goal of the tournament.

Lionel Scaloni is unafraid to make changes to his lineup ahead of the final, especially with all players available, but it is hard to go against the attackers that won a Copa America and a World Cup.

Nestor Lorenzo will have to make some changes to his starting XI for Colombia's match against Argentina. Daniel Munoz was sent off against Uruguay in the 45th minute, earning himself a suspension for the Copa America 2024 final.

Richard Rios was stretchered off the pitch after sustaining a leg injury in the second half of the semi-finals, and the midfielder's status ahead of Sunday's match is doubtful.

Argentina vs Colombia score prediction

The last team to beat Colombia was Argentina, and the reigning champions have all the pieces they need to do it again. No matter how dangerous Nestor Lorenzo's squad has looked this summer, they will be without Daniel Munoz, a key player in their backline, against one of the greatest players of all time.

It is hard to imagine anyone other than Lionel Messi lifting Argentina's record-breaking 16th Copa America trophy on July 14.

Prediction: Argentina 2-1 Colombia
