Atlanta United predicted lineup vs Columbus Crew - MLS
- Atlanta fell 3-2 to Philadelphia Union
- Pineda's substitutes nearly earned a point
- Atlanta hopeful of fourth place finish in Eastern Conference
Atlanta United boss Gonzalo Pineda might be forced to make a couple of changes after his side's midweek defeat to Philadelphia Union as they take on Columbus Crew in MLS Matchday 37.
The Five Stripes' strongest starting lineup fell behind against the Union in the first half, and it was the substitutes who came on and gave Atlanta a chance to leave Subarau Park with a point. Edwin Mosquera scored his third goal of the campaign to bring Atlanta within one, and Jamal Thiare's headed effort sailed just over the bar in the latter moments of the contest.
With a quick turnaround for Atlanta against one of the best sides in MLS, here's how they might lineup at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

RM: Edwin Mosquera - He was a breath of fresh air against the Union, and he's started to add end product to his game that already features blistering pace and excellent dribbling.
AM: Thiago Almada - The 2022 World Cup winner got on the scoresheet last time out but had a subpar performance for someone as talented as he is.
LM: Xande Silva - A constant threat on the wing, he'll be eager to return to back-flipping in front of the fans in Atlanta.
ST: Giorgos Giakoumakis - The Greece international hopes to be amongst the goal again to remain in the Golden Boot race.
