6. Liverpool 4-2 Arsenal (2008)
An early Abou Diaby away goal and a second late on made it feel like Arsenal were destined to advance to the semi-final in 2008.
Who else, then, but local lad Steven Gerrard to slot away a penalty to shift the tide back into Liverpool's favour immediately after Arsenal's second? Anfield erupted as a fourth went in from Ryan Babel; last four secured.
5. Deportivo La Coruna 4-0 Milan (2003)
Italian heavyweights Milan looked to had put one foot in the last four when they racked up a 4-1 first leg win against Deportivo in 2003.
But in true 'Super Depor' fashion, the Spaniards defied all the odds in the second leg at home, blitzing Milan 4-0 and winning 5-4 on aggregate to dramatically snatch a place in the semi-final.
