Cheap options
Jonathan Rodriguez
America
He's a little pricy at £4.7m, but it's well worth stretching the budget to bring in Rodriguez if you can. He's good enough for a top-tier side already.
Derlis Gonzalez
Olimpia
£800,000 will get you Gonzalez, who comes with 15 dribbling and 14 finishing.
Fidel Chaves
Elche
32-year-old Chaves brings 15 crossing, 14 dribbling and 14 finishing. He's yours for a cheap £1.4m.
Andres Ibarguen
Independiente Medellin
Veteran forward Ibarguen is comfortable anywhere across the front line. He's good value for his £1.5m price tag.
Riccardo Saponara
Fiorentina
On an expiring contract, the lanky Saponara can be picked up for £3.9m.

Pedro
Lazio
At £2.1m, you won't find better value than Lazio veteran Pedro. He's 34 but still going strong with 14 pace, and his technical and mental stats are superb. Undoubtedly still good enough for a top side.
Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting
FC Bayern
He might be more of a striker but Choupo-Moting can do a nice job on the left wing and he'll only cost you £1.5m.
Gareth Bale
Free agent
Bale is retiring in January but is still ready to play for the next six months, so you've got a short window to give him a hero's goodbye.
Omar Marmoush
Wolfsburg
At 23, Marmoush is a rare long-term option for this position. He's comparatively pricey at £3.5m but it's more of an investment than anything else.
Kiril Despodov
Ludogorets
Another to come with some resale value, 25-year-old Despodov is yours for £2.7m.
Reasonable options
Vincenzo Grifo
Freiburg
Grifo isn't the fastest winger but his technical stats are sensational. A really smart buy at £8.5m.
Denis Suarez
Espanyol
Suarez has just joined Espanyol but is only on a short-term deal. When he's prepared to talk to you, a bid of around £12.25m should do the trick.
Alvaro Garcia
Vallecano
Garcia has signed a new contract but that's only marginally increased his value from the original release. He's now worth £10.5m, which is still a great deal.
Gerard Deulofeu
Udinese
£10.25 m for Deulofeu is excellent value. You'll struggle to find anyone who can match his stats for that sort of price tag.
Eden Hazard
R. Madrid
Hazard obviously isn't the superstar he once was, but the veteran Belgian is still an excellent winger, and he's yours for just £13.75m.
90min recommends
Thomas Lemar
A. Madrid
If you're on a budget, £12.5m will get you Lemar, and you shouldn't even think twice about this deal. The Frenchman even sometimes hits the transfer list before the first summer is over and can be picked up for about half that. Sensational value.
Stephan El Shaarawy
Capitoline
£6.5m is what it'll cost to sign El Shaarawy, whose hefty wage demands might make the deal a little pricier.
Jesus Corona
Sevilla
A long-term injury sours the deal here, but if Corona is still valued close to £9.75m when he returns, you should be all over it.
Ante Rebic
Milan
Rebic is a fantastic option at £10.5m. For that price, you won't find many better than him.
Galeno
FC Porto
There's bargains to be found at Porto, where Galeno will cost you a cool £16.5m.
Expensive options
Pedro Goncalves
Sporting CP
Described last year as the next Bruno Fernandes, you can land Goncalves for a cool £32m. For a 23-year-old with 17 finishing and 15 dribbling, that's alright.
Rafa
Benfica
Rafa's price has risen since the winter update but £35m is still a great price for somebody of his quality.
Marco Reus
Borussia Dortmund
£31m for a veteran star like Reus feels like smart business, assuming you're confident you can handle his fitness struggles.
Dusan Tadic
Ajax
Ajax will pretend they're not interested in selling you Tadic, but a bid of £50m will make them change their minds.
Ricardo Horta
BRG
Horta is fantastic value at £26m. You can't go wrong signing him, especially when you look at his tiny wages.
90min recommends
Yannick Carrasco
A. Madrid
Carrasco's contract contains a £17.25m release clause. There is literally nothing else to say. Go get him.
Ousmane Dembele
Barcelona
Dembele also has a bargain release clause of £43m. He won't join straight away, however, but this is a deal you shouldn't give up on.
Wilfried Zaha
Crystal Palace
Zaha is in the final year of his contract which contributes to his bargain £33m price tag. Other teams are interested, however, so you might need to act quick.
Julian Brandt
Borussia Dortmund
18 first touch and 16 dribbling are Brandt's stand-out stats. Excellent value for £34m.
Rodrygo
R. Madrid
£50m is a steal for someone of Rodrygo's ability and potential. If you can afford him, you need to get him.
