Champions League fixtures today - your guide to Tuesday's games

Tuesday's Champions League fixtures offer plenty for football fans around the world to get excited about.

Newcastle head to Germany in one of the evening's two early kick-offs to face Borussia Dortmund, while fellow Premier League representatives and current holders Manchester City will aim to extend their faultless start to their European 2023/24 campaign.

Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are among the other continental giants looking for victories that would take them closer to qualification for the knockout stages.

Here's how you can watch follow all the Champions League action on Tuesday.

Borussia Dortmund vs Newcastle United - Group F

Newcastle have taken a solid four points from their opening three games and head into their away clash at Borussia Dortmund off the back of a controversial 1-0 victory over Newcastle.

The Magpies were brought back to reality in their last clash with BVB as the Bundesliga outfit stood firm in a 1-0 win and their ever-increasing injury list could harm their chances of making the last 16.

A good result at Dortmund, who couldn't lay a glove on rivals Bayern Munich during Der Klassiker, would go a long way in helping Eddie Howe's side reach the knockout stages.

Shakhtar Donetsk vs Barcelona - Group H

Barcelona haven't been able to conjure up their most magical football so far in 2023/24 but with key players returning from injuries, Xavi may well be hopeful of a more vintage performance when his side take on Shakhtar Donetsk in Hamburg.

Shakhtar are three points off the title pace in Ukraine's top flight but did push Barca all their way in their previous meeting, just falling to a 2-1 defeat, and have picked up a group stage win over Royal Antwerp.

Atletico Madrid vs Celtic - Group E

These two sides served up a feast for the neutral on Matchday 3 with a 2-2 draw. A similar cauldron of noise to Celtic Park will be evident at the Metropolitano Stadium.

Atleti have a strong record against Scottish teams, losing only one of their ten games, and know that positive trend must continue in Madrid to bolster their bid for a top-two finish in a tight Group E.

Lazio vs Feyenoord - Group E

There's plenty of buzz around Feyenoord forward Santiago Gimenez right now. The Mexico international struck twice in his side's 3-1 victory over Lazio last time out as the Dutch outfit went to the top of Group E.

Lazio's start in Serie A has consisted of five wins and losses apiece alongside a draw, leaving them down in tenth. Performances certainly need to improve in Europe if they are to reach the last 16.

AC Milan vs Paris Saint-Germain - Group F

The fortunes of Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League hinge a lot on Kylian Mbappe. He was anonymous in the heavy defeat at Newcastle but a trip to San Siro may present a more appetising setting for the France star to wreck havoc.

AC Milan haven't managed to record a win in the competition this season and will want to avoid a repeat of the 3-0 drubbing they suffered at Parc des Princes.

Red Star Belgrade vs RB Leipzig - Group G

Fair play if this is the Tuesday game you strap in for. Fans will need to either love Red Star Belgrade's fervent atmosphere at Stadion Rajko Mitic or have an affinity with a drinks manufacturer to get much joy out of this encounter.

That said, RB Leipzig have suffered two defeats on the trot and that may be enough to put doubt in the minds of Marco Rose's players here, even if they won the reverse fixture 3-1.

Manchester City vs Young Boys - Group G

Many were expecting a one-sided goal fest when Manchester City visited Young Boys back in late October, but the Swiss side held firm and were only downed by Erling Haaland's second-half brace.

The Norwegian may not be fit in time for this game, but there will still be the likes of Julian Alvarez, Bernardo Silva, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish and Jeremy Doku to keep quiet.

Porto vs Royal Antwerp - Group H

Few expected much from Royal Antwerp in a Group H containing Barcelona, Porto and Shakhtar Donestk and results have gone as expected so far. The Belgian side have conceded 12 goals from three games, the most of any team, and will have bad memories of their last meeting with their upcoming opponents.

Substitute Evanilson scored a lethal hat-trick to boost Porto's last-16 hopes. The Portuguese side ran riot in a 4-1 victory and they'll be expected to hit the back of the net a few times at Estadio Do Dragao.
