The coach and captains votes from The Best FIFA Football Awards 2022
The biggest and best names from the world of football were honoured at The Best FIFA Football Awards 2022 ceremony in Paris.
The 2021 edition saw Robert Lewandowski named The Best FIFA Men's Player, Alexia Putellas scoop the award for The Best FIFA Women's Player and Thomas Tuchel presented with The Best FIFA Men's Coach award - a nod to his Champions League success with Chelsea in May of that year.
That particular ceremony was conducted as a virtual event because of the Covid-19 pandemic, but the footballing fraternity was able to come together in Paris to celebrate the outstanding achievers of 2022.
In contrast to the Ballon d'Or, awarded by prominent journalists, The Best FIFA Football awards are determined by a mixture of votes from the media, but also from national team captains, national team coaches and supporters.
Below is a rundown of how some of the world's biggest stars voted for their peers.

Former Belgium boss Roberto Martinez, now in charge of Portugal, pushed through a sneaky second place for former player Kevin De Bruyne.
