England vs Germany: How to watch on TV live stream, team news, lineups & prediction
England host familiar rivals Germany in the Nations League on Monday night for their final match before the 2022 Qatar World Cup this November.
Both nations suffered 1-0 losses on Friday evening. With defeat to Italy at San Siro, Gareth Southgate's Three Lions had their relegation from the tournament's top tier confirmed.
Germany finished bottom of the competition's inaugural edition but were spared the ignominy of demotion by a format rejig. Hansi Flick's side won't face the drop this year but did suffer the first loss of the manager's reign at home to the bracket's runaway leaders Hungary.
Here's everything you need to know about the latest iteration of this famous old rivalry.

England team news
Gareth Southgate rejigged his formation for the final 20 minutes against Italy, bringing on Jack Grealish. However, the mercurial midfielder won't be able to show his talents from the start after collecting a suspension-inducing second yellow card during his cameo.
John Stones will be available once again after serving his ban following a red card during England's humiliation against Hungary in June.
Southgate - in stark contrast to widespread public opinion - deemed defeat to Italy "a step in the right direction" and so may not perform a dramatic shuffle of his pack on Monday night.

The Bayern Munich duo of Manuel Neuer and Leon Goretzka both tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, forcing them out of the squad for both matches.
Borussia Dortmund's Julian Brandt also departed with cold-like symptoms but tested negative for the virus.

England vs Germany score prediction
For the first time in eight years, England are winless in five matches. The Three Lions have gone more than eight hours of listless football without finding the net from open play and haven't shown a great deal of evidence to suggest an end to either drought.
Germany, however, are hardly the finished article themselves as Flick's side couldn't recover from a desperately poor first half against Hungary. Since the tournament's inception after the last World Cup, Germany have won just three of their 15 Nations League matches.
In a meeting between two sides that have numerous kinks to iron out before November, neither may head to Qatar with a win.
