As one of two teams with two fixtures to play in FPL Gameweek 28, Luton Town players are quickly becoming hot property.
The Hatters take on Crystal Palace and Bournemouth over the next week or so and also have a fixture in Gameweek 29, when 12 teams don't due to the FA Cup quarter-finals, against Nottingham Forest to look forward to.
With the help of Fantasy Football Hub's powerful AI Points Prediction tool, here are the best Luton players to consider for the upcoming gameweeks.
Carlton Morris
- Predicted Points: 8.0
Carlton Morris is the best placed of Luton's assets, bagging an attacking return in six consecutive gameweeks. He is the fifth highest scoring forward in the game, takes penalties and registered an assist in the win against Palace back in Gameweek 13.
Given Morris' utility in the next two gameweeks, it could be viable for owners of Erling Haaland to transfer him out for Morris to gain two additional fixtures over this period and then reverse the move following the international break.
Thomas Kaminski
- Predicted Points: 6.7
Thomas Kaminski is an interesting acquisition for the double given he will be very useful over the next two gameweeks if you don't currently have a goalkeeper with a fixture in Blank Gameweek 29.
Clean sheets have been difficult to come by for Luton this season but that's not Kaminski’s sole route to points, with 102 saves placing him fourth among all keepers in the league. He has made 20 saves in the last four gameweeks alone.
Alfie Doughty
- Predicted Points: 6.2
Wing-back Alfie Doughty is among Luton's most attractive options for the double gameweek given he's listed as a defender in the game but playing out of position. He has nine goal involvements for the season with a goal and eight assists.
Doughty's routes to points are plentiful since he takes most corners for the Hatters. He ranks second among defenders for chances created this campaign, while his tally of 230 crosses is the most of any player in the league. He's a player to hold for the long-term.
