Brighton players dominate the incoming transfers for FPL Gameweek 27, with four of their players among the top ten most purchased ahead of their fixtures against Leeds away and Crystal Palace at home.
With a Blank Gameweek 28 also to keep in mind, which Seagulls options should we be focusing our transfers in on?
Alexis Mac Allister (£5.4m)
A new role for World Cup winner Alexis Mac Allister in recent games has seen him ascend to the top pick from the Brighton midfield. He’s played the number ten role in their last three Premier League games, ranking second among all players for big chances (five) and shots in the box (seven) during this period.
There is jeopardy in that he could be shifted further back for tactical reasons in future games, but given he carries the biggest goal threat right now and is on penalties, he's the key pick for me.
Solly March (£5.1m)
Doubling up on Brighton midfielders is a perfectly viable strategy, with Solly March the consistent all-rounder of their attackers. He’s been given a new role under manager Roberto De Zerbi, leading the way among Premier League players for big chances created over the last four gameweeks with five.
He carries less goal threat than the other Seagulls midfielders, but his creativity certainly outweighs this, with ten key passes over the same period. He has had six shots in the box in this time too.

Kaoru Mitoma (£5.5m)
Kaoru Mitoma remains the highest owned player from Brighton and despite his team-mates excelling on the underlying numbers, he continues to carry the potential to outscore them.
He generally outperforms his numbers with a high shot conversion rate.
Pervis Estupinan (£4.8m)
With his injury concerns behind him, Pervis Estupinan provides the best route into Brighton’s defence and can be easily benched in the blanks.
He ranks fifth among defenders for key passes since the restart with 12 and second for goal involvements for defenders in this campaign with five assists to his name.
Jason Steele (£3.9m)
After Robert Sanchez’s shock benching in Gameweek 26 our attention now moves to his replacement Jason Steele who could be a bargain if he nails down the number one shirt in the Seagulls goal.
He can be rotated with another goalkeeper through the blanks and doubles. Keep an eye on De Zerbi's press conference for his potential in the upcoming gameweeks.
