Real Madrid team news
Real Madrid have endured plenty of injury issues this season and they got worse against Las Palmas as Austrian centre-back David Alaba limped off with a thigh problem.
He will miss Saturday's game but Antonio Rudiger's knock from the same match is not serious enough to keep him out. Alaba joins Eder Militao, Arda Guler and Thibaut Courtois on the injury list.
Vinicius Junior makes his first start since mid August in attacking, having come off the bench against Las Palmas.
Real Madrid confirmed lineup vs Girona
Real Madrid confirmed lineup vs Girona (4-3-1-2): Kepa; Carvajal, Rudiger, Nacho, Camavinga; Valverde, Tchouameni, Kroos; Bellingham; Vinicius, Joselu.
Girona vs Real Madrid score prediction
At the very start of the season, this would have been a pretty easy game to predict. However, the result could go either way especially considering the confidence Girona are playing with.
Real Madrid are struggling for fit players in defence and with the Champions League returning next week with a trip to Napoli to think about, Los Blancos may not get it all their own way in Girona on Saturday.
