It's fair to say the Premier League has boasted some of the world's most prolific goalscorers over the years.

Whether it be homegrown English talents who have spent the entirety of their careers on home soil or mysterious imports who lit up the division, England's top flight has had its share of natural finishers.

However, as is more common in modern football, players often tend not to stick around in one place for too long. Therefore, there are only a select few players who have hit over a century of goals in the Premier League for one club.

Here are the top marksmen for a single Premier League club in the competition.

10. Son Heung-min - 120 goals

It certainly hasn't always been plain sailing for Son in north London, and very few would've projected his future status as a modern Lilywhite icon after a difficult debut season.

The South Korean grew in prominence for Mauricio Pochettino's title-hunting outfit in 2016/17, before taking his game to new heights in 2017/18 and beyond. Son has been prolific ever since, with his deadly ability off two feet allowing him to relentlessly defy the popular 'xG' metric.

Son's consistency has been nothing short of remarkable, and he almost always stepped up when Spurs needed him most in Harry Kane's absence. His telepathic relationship with Kane doubtlessly helped him to his current Premier League goals haul, but Son continued to find the back of the net with his partner in crime enjoying life in Munich.

9. Robbie Fowler - 128 goals

There was a reason Robbie Fowler was known as 'God' to Liverpool supporters. The sharpshooter managed 128 Premier League goals for the Reds over two periods, muscling his way into the first-team at Anfield in the 1990s.

One of countless goalscorers Liverpool fans have had the pleasure of watching over the years, Fowler was a somewhat unassuming striker. He had no individual quality that elevated him above the rest, but still found the back of the net again and again and again.

The Toxteth-born centre-forward quickly established himself in Anfield legend and was pretty prolific away from Merseyside, too.

8. Jamie Vardy - 136 goals

Given he didn't make his Premier League debut until he was 27 years old, Jamie Vardy's inclusion in the top ten is perhaps the most remarkable.

One of the key factors in Leicester City's incredible Premier League title victory, the pacy and street-smart centre-forward exploded onto the scene during the 2015/16 season.

Signed for just £1m from Fleetwood Town, Vardy defied all expectations to bag 136 Premier League goals for Leicester, a tally he could well add to if the Foxes return to the top flight next season and he's offered a new deal at the King Power Stadium.

7. Frank Lampard - 147 goals

The archetypal goalscoring midfielder, Frank Lampard notched a remarkable 147 Premier League goals for Chelsea from the centre of the park.

Renowned for his late forays into the box, no midfielder has netted more goals in the Premier League than the former Blues man, Lampard showing relentless efficiency in the final third.

Bar a peculiar late move to Manchester City, Lampard was Chelsea through and through.

6. Alan Shearer - 148 goals

The Premier League's record goalscorer, only 148 of Shearer's 260 goals came for his beloved Newcastle United. While incredibly prolific at Blackburn Rovers, it was on Tyneside where he found the net most frequently.

The 1994/94 Premier League winner was the quintessential British number nine; strong, powerful and devastatingly clinical. If a cross entered the penalty area, there was a decent chance Shearer would get on the end of it.

5. Mohamed Salah - 155 goals

Mohamed Salah became one of only five players in Premier League history to have scored over 150 goals for one club during Liverpool's 4-2 victory over Newcastle United in his first match of 2024.

A tap-in took him to 150 before a late penalty made that 151, the Egyptian joining an elite club in the process.

After a failed spell at Chelsea, few would have predicted just how sensational Salah would be upon his return to the Premier League, the Egyptian having defied all expectations at Anfield.

The only player in the top five to still be playing in the English top flight, Salah has plenty of opportunities to add to his staggering Liverpool tally.

4. Thierry Henry - 175 goals

One of the greatest players to ever grace the Premier League, Thierry Henry was simply a sensation upon his arrival in England.

Rocking up at Arsenal in 1999, the French forward spent eight years with the north London outfit, blossoming under Arsene Wenger's tutelage.

The Ballon d'Or runner-up in 2003, Henry won two Player of the Season awards and four Golden Boots during his time in the Premier League, as well as two league titles and FA Cups.

Henry took his Premier League tally to 175 during a month-long loan spell with the Gunners in 2012, soaking up the adoration of the Arsenal crowd during his return to England.

3. Wayne Rooney - 183 goals

After bursting onto the scene with boyhood club Everton, Wayne Rooney made the move to Manchester United in 2004. 13 years later, the Englishman had amassed 183 goals in 393 Premier League matches for the Red Devils.

A truly relentless street footballer, Rooney won five Premier League titles and a Champions League crown during his time at Old Trafford, eventually returning to the Toffees in 2017.

In all competitions, he remains Man Utd's all-time top goalscorer with 253 goals.

2. Sergio Aguero - 184 goals

Sergio Aguero racked up just under 20,000 minutes during his time in the Premier League with Man City, netting 184 goals in just 275 matches.

The Argentine was a supreme finisher with wonderful consistency, tormenting defences in England for a decade with his sharpshooting and incredible football brain.

Unfortunately, the great striker had to retire for health reasons at the end of 2021, but he will forever be remembered for his brilliance at the Etihad.

1. Harry Kane - 213 goals

Harry Kane looked set to usurp Shearer in the Premier League's goalscoring charts, the latter currently top of the tree with 260 strikes in the competition.

Kane managed a hugely impressive 213 for Tottenham during his time in north London, consistently carrying Spurs to loftier heights.

Unfortunately for the England captain, he couldn't win silverware with the Lilywhites and the decision came to pack his bags and make the switch to Bayern Munich in the 2023 summer transfer window.

Shearer's record is safe for now.
