After a characteristically crazy conclusion to the semi-finals, we now know our final two.

Pep Guardiola's Manchester City were the favourites to go back-to-back, but a penalty shootout defeat to Real Madrid saw them exit the Champions League at the quarter-final stage. Perennial champions Madrid bypassed Bayern Munich at the last to progress into yet another final where German opposition await in underdogs Borussia Dortmund.

The competition remains hugely popular around the world, with viewers able to tune in from every continent to see the action unfold.

Below is 90min's guide of how to watch the Champions League on TV in the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as the official broadcasters from every country in the world.
