It's been 18-and-a-half years since Cristiano Ronaldo made his Portugal debut. 200 appearances, 123 goals and 43 assists later and he is still the first name on the teamsheet.

Portugal have already put themselves in a commanding position to qualify for Euro 2024 under Roberto Martinez having won all four of their matches so far.

Ronaldo has netted five in qualifying so far, taking advantage of a fairly simple group to boost his incredible national team tally. In fact, Portugal are yet to concede a goal in Group J, while also having scored 14 in their four games to take top spot.

Ronaldo will be eager to net a couple more come the end of next week, with clashes against Slovakia and Luxembourg perhaps proving irresistible for the 38-year-old.

Here is how you can watch Ronaldo and Portugal over the international break.

Portugal have breezed through qualifying so far and are only a couple of wins away from putting their name in the hat for Euro 2024 in Germany.

Ronaldo's five goals, especially the one scored during their 1-0 win over Iceland, have helped Portugal rocket up the table, currently sitting two points above second-placed Slovakia.

Luxembourg sit in third with seven points, but it is highly unlikely that anybody will challenge Portugal for top spot.

Ronaldo is likely to feature in both clashes over the international break, with an away trip to Slovakia proving to be the toughest fixture of the group stage for Portugal. Slovakia sit just behind them in Group J, and a defeat in Bratislava would see Portugal drop to second.

A potentially tricky trip to Slovakia will be followed by a straightforward home clash with Luxembourg, who Ronaldo has already netted twice against during a 6-0 win back in March.

Ronaldo has faced Slovakia only twice in his 200 appearances with Portugal, both matches coming in World Cup qualification in 2005. Portugal one won and drew one with Ronaldo scoring in a 2-0 victory.

Meanwhile, Luxembourg have been incredibly familiar foes for Ronaldo and Portugal in recent years. Ronaldo has scored 11 times in as many matches against the European minnows and should be on course for a few more next week.
