Inter Miami return to action Wednesday night to play host to Atlanta United at Chase Stadium.

As to no one's surprise Miami picked up yet another win last time out on the road vs Vancouver Whitecaps. Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Sergio Busquets didn't travel with the team to northwest Canada as they were given a breather by Gerardo 'Tata' Martino, but the Herons still pulled off a 2-1 victory despite some late drama at BC Place.

Atlanta, however, have fallen off a cliff ever since their 3-0 triumph over Chicago Fire at the end of March. Gonzalo Pineda's side have found wins hard to come by as they're on a winless run of nine matches in MLS play. It would take something truly special for Atlanta to end their poor run of form against Miami, but anything can happen in soccer.

Martino more than likely will rely on his handy 4-3-3 system to welcome a few key figures back into the XI. Miami have won seven of their last eight league matches win will look to do more of the same at home vs the Five Stripes.

Here's how the Herons could lineup for the midweek clash.

GK: Drake Callender - He didn't have much to do last time out against a talented Whitecaps attack. That could change, though, against the likes of Thiago Almada and Xande Silva.

RB: Marcelo Weigandt - Miami's only true right-back gets the starting not despite playing the full 90 Saturday night.

CB: Tomas Aviles - The young defender went through some ups and downs vs Vancouver and will look to get back on track vs Atlanta.

CB: Serhiy Kryvtsov - After an excellent showing at BC Place, the 33-year-old keeps his place in the backline.

LB: Jordi Alba - The former Spain international is fresh off a solid performance in which he registered an assist for Taylor's sublime effort over the weekend.

CM: Federico Redondo - Redondo could make his first start for Miami since their 3-1 triumph over DC United back in March.

CM: Sergio Busquets - The midfield general's return after missing just one match will be a welcomed sight by Miami fans after Yannick Bright's shaky showing vs the Whitecaps.

CM: Benjamin Cremaschi - The teenage midfielder didn't put a foot wrong Saturday night and could be called upon once again.

RW: Lionel Messi - No questions here. Messi is all set to feature from the jump and will aim to add to his 22 goal involvements this season.

ST: Luis Suarez - Suarez returns to XI despite Leo Campana's back-to-back match-winning strikes for the Herons.

LW: Robert Taylor - Martino can't possibly drop the Finland international after his sensational performance against Vancouver -- unless there's a fitness issue.
