Leeds' next six games after Liverpool thrashing
Leeds had seemingly taken a huge step towards survival when they edged out fellow relegation candidates Nottingham Forest on home soil, but Javi Gracia's side have since succumbed to back-to-back beatdowns to leave them in a precarious position above the drop zone.
The former Watford boss was meant to make this Leeds outfit more stringent and tougher to beat after he succeeded Jesse Marsch. There was initial promise, but Leeds' last three defeats have come by an aggregate score of 15-3.
While a 4-1 loss at the Emirates was hardly blasphemous, Crystal Palace's second-half rampage at Elland Road caught everybody off guard. Liverpool then hit Gracia's men for six on Monday night as the Reds secured a rare victory on the road.
Dark clouds are forming over west Yorkshire with Leeds' current position ominous. Here's what their upcoming schedule looks like in the wake of Monday night's drubbing.
Current Premier League table, top scorers & upcoming fixtures
Fulham vs Leeds - Premier League
It's a quick turnaround for Leeds as they travel down to London for the Saturday early kick-off against Fulham.
Marco Silva's impressive Cottagers are playing for very little - excluding west London bragging rights - and will be without Aleksandar Mitrovic, but they breezed past another relegation-threatened side at the weekend as they beat Everton 3-1 at Goodison Park.

Leeds vs Leicester - Premier League
Leeds are back in action three days later as they host Leicester in a mammoth relegation six-pointer. The Foxes are four points off Leeds in 19th and are in desperate need of three points.
Their last victory arrived on 11 February, but they'll be hoping to enter Tuesday night's game with a bit of momentum as they host Wolves on Saturday afternoon in another significant bout.
- 25/04/23 - Leeds vs Leicester (20:00)
Bournemouth vs Leeds - Premier League
Leeds' schedule to begin May only adds to the significance of their trips to Fulham and Bournemouth, as well as the home game against Leicester.
Gary O'Neil's Cherries have won three of their last four and are taking huge strides towards safety. They're currently six points clear of the drop and perhaps only a couple of victories away from retaining their status in the top flight.
Leeds have only won two of their 15 games away from home in the league this season.
- 30/04/23 - Bournemouth vs Leeds (14:00)
Man City vs Leeds - Premier League
Leeds will have nothing to lose when they visit the Etihad on 7 May.
This has the potential to be a huge day in the title race with Arsenal travelling to Newcastle after City's clash, with the Citizens likely to be in a strong position at the top of the table after they host the Gunners on 26 April.
Leeds have performed well at Tottenham, Newcastle, Liverpool (they're the only side to win at Anfield), and Man Utd this season, but it's hard to envisage them taking anything off Pep Guardiola's rampant City.
- 07/05/23 - Man City vs Leeds (14:00)
Leeds vs Newcastle - Premier League
Another early kick-off beckons for the Yorkshire side, and this time they're playing host to top-four hopefuls Newcastle.
The Magpies suffered a setback at Villa Park but they're still in a strong position in regards to securing a Champions League place. Their schedule is a little tricky over the coming weeks, though, and it'll be interesting to see what position they're in once this fixture rolls around.
- 13/05/23 - Leeds vs Newcastle (12:30)
West Ham vs Leeds - Premier League
A couple of positive results for West Ham in recent weeks have eased relegation fears, and many expect the Hammers to drift away from the drop zone by the season's end.
On the contrary, it's hard to envisage Leeds going on a bright run of form given their recent woes. They're poised to be in this dogfight until the season's conclusion.
