Leeds United will be aiming for their third straight Premier League win when they host an inconsistent Everton side on Wednesday evening.

After a brief drop off in form, the Whites' recent resurgence has been impressive, but with the games coming thick and fast Marcelo Bielsa may be forced into some rotation against the Toffees.

Here is the lineup that should start at Elland Road...

1. Goalkeeper & Defenders

Illan Meslier (GK) - Despite Leeds being on the end of some thumpings this season, Meslier has performed well. The 20-year-old has registered a save percentage of 75% and will continue between the sticks for his side.

Luke Ayling (RB) - Ayling is one of Bielsa's most trusted lieutenants. He has only missed 20 minutes of Leeds' Premier League season so far and this is unlikely to change on Wednesday.

Pascal Struijk (CB) - With Diego Llorente and Robin Koch still out with injury, Struijk should start at centre-back. Since he came into the side two games ago, Leeds are unbeaten.

Liam Cooper (CB) - Since shaking off a fitness issue a few weeks back, Leeds' captain has been ever present at the heart of their backline.

Ezgjan Alioski (LB) - Alioski has chipped in with two goals from left-back this season and appeared in all but two of their 20 league games. He is vital to Bielsa's system and will start against Everton.

2. Midfielders

Kalvin Phillips (DM) - Aside from a brief period on the sidelines due to a shoulder injury, Phillips has been consistent at the base of midfield for Leeds, only being substituted once.

Helder Costa (RM) - With Raphina struggling for fitness, Costa should make his return to the starting XI. After starting the season strongly, the summer signing has slipped down the pecking order more recently.

Stuart Dallas (CM) - Few players have benefited more from Bielsea's arrival in Leeds than Dallas. Capable of playing several roles in El Loco's system, he has been used in midfield of late.

Mateusz Klich (CM) - Dallas has been partnered by Rodrigo in Leeds' previous three games. However, the Spaniard is another player set to miss out on Wednesday due to injury. Klich should slot in seamlessly, with the Pole registering the fifth most pressures in the Premier League this season.

Jack Harrison (LM) - Harrison scored a fine goal last time out against Leicester, his fifth strike of the season. The number one pick in the 2016 MLS Superdraft has also provided four assists so far.

3. Forwards

Patrick Bamford (ST) - Despite suffering a dead leg against Leicester, it is likely that Bamford will recover in time to lead the line on Wednesday. He was directly involved in all three goals at the King Power Stadium, in what was one of his best performances in a Leeds shirt.
