Leicester vs West Ham - Premier League: TV channel, team news, lineups & prediction
By Sean Walsh
Leicester City must beat West Ham United on Sunday to stand any hope of securing Premier League safety.
The Foxes head into the final day of the season sitting in 18th place, two points adrift of Everton and only ahead of Leeds United on goal difference.
If Dean Smith's side win, they will be safe if the Toffees drop points due to their superior goal difference, but anything other than victory will see the 2016 champions of England relegated to the Championship.
West Ham, meanwhile, will certainly have one eye on their Europa Conference League final on June 7, though this will at least serve as an ample game to keep sharp.
Here's 90min's preview of the game.

Leicester vs West Ham score prediction
All season long, the masses have presumed that Leicester would be safe from relegation because of the quality they have in their squad.
But they have mustered just one win in their last 15 Premier League games and it's very hard to imagine them causing too many problems for a West Ham team who are coasting through to a European final and riding that wave of happiness - they dispatched Leeds with relative ease last week even after falling behind.
Sorry, Foxes fans, but it looks like you'll be heading to the Championship.
