Liverpool predicted lineup vs Chelsea - Premier League
- Jurgen Klopp welcomed back several injured stars on Sunday
- Trent Alexander-Arnold and Dominik Szoboszlai among those available again
- Andy Robertson could make first top-flight appearance since October
Anfield is preparing for yet another emotional night on Wednesday as Liverpool take on Chelsea in the Premier League.
The Reds' home ground is bound to be an even fiercer cauldron for the remainder of the season after Jurgen Klopp announced he'll be leaving the club in the summer.
Liverpool brushed aside Norwich City 5-2 in the FA Cup on Sunday, with Chelsea the next to visit Anfield ahead of February's Carabao Cup final.
Klopp was bolstered by the returns of several key players from injury at the weekend, and here's how the German mastermind could set his Liverpool side up against the Blues in midweek.
Liverpool predicted lineup vs Chelsea (4-3-3)
GK: Alisson - There was no clean sheet for the Brazilian at the weekend, but Alisson has the joint-most shutouts in the Premier League this term.
RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold - Harsh on Conor Bradley, who's been superb in Alexander-Arnold's absence and recorded two assists against Norwich, but the senior England international will start on Wednesday if he's fit.
CB: Ibrahima Konate - A supreme performer this season, with Klopp entrusting the Frenchman with a mountain of minutes in recent weeks.
CB: Virgil van Dijk - The Dutchman admitted uncertainty over his Liverpool future following Klopp's decision, but the centre-half will be determined to ensure his manager goes out with a bang at Anfield.
LB: Andy Robertson - The Scottish dynamo made his first appearance since October on Sunday and is in contention to return to the Premier League XI in midweek.
CM: Alexis Mac Allister - The Argentine missed Sunday's FA Cup win due to a minor issue, but Klopp is confident his midfielder will be fit for Chelsea's visit.
CM: Dominik Szoboszlai - Another to make his return off the bench against Norwich, Szoboszlai could come straight back into the XI given his importance to the Liverpool midfield.
CM: Curtis Jones - Fresh off another productive display against the Canaries, Jones is quickly reaching undroppable status.
RW: Harvey Elliott - Klopp could go down several avenues in Mohamed Salah's absence. The technical security and defensive diligence of Elliott could be preferred given the potential presence of Ben Chilwell down Chelsea's left.
ST: Darwin Nunez - The Uruguayan added to his goal tally last time out and is expected to continue in the side given his bright run of form.
LW: Diogo Jota - Arguably Liverpool's most in-form performer has certainly filled the void left by Salah. Jota has recorded seven goal contributions in his last seven appearances.
