Liverpool will be hopeful of a very comfortable win over Manchester United at Anfield on Sunday as they seek to stay on top of the Premier League table.
The Reds have found their stride recently and capitalised on the slip-ups of Manchester City and Arsenal. There is always fear in the Liverpool fanbase when a hated rival like Man Utd arrive in town, but they are the overwhelming favourites to get all three points at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp does have injuries to contend with but the bulk of his favoured starting XI is available for selection. He also managed to rest plenty of players during the Union Saint-Gilloise match on Thursday night.
Here's the starting lineup Klopp may choose when Liverpool host Man Utd on Sunday.
Liverpool predicted lineup vs Manchester United (4-3-3)
GK: Alisson - Made his return between the sticks for the match against Crystal Palace and played excellently. This should be no different.
RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold - One of the players who really relishes this occasion each season, Alexander-Arnold would love to score a screamer against Man Utd.
CB: Ibrahima Konate - He may have to look over his shoulder as Jarrell Quansah is really impressing when used, but this is still Konate's place in the team.
CB: Virgil van Dijk - The leader in these big games, captain Van Dijk will expect a calm display from those around him at Anfield.
LB: Kostas Tsimikas - Has been filling in well for Andy Robertson, but there is little to suggest he can keep the place when the Scot returns to fitness.
CM: Dominik Szoboszlai - One of the best Premier League signings of the summer transfer window, Szoboszlai will think there are goals in this one for him.
CM: Wataru Endo - With plenty of midfielders out injured, Endo must take every opportunity to impress Klopp.
CM: Ryan Gravenberch - Benefitting from Alexis Mac Allister's injury, Gravenberch is another player trying to show why he should start every game.
RW: Mohamed Salah - Man Utd are the Premier League team he has scored most against with 12 goals, so you know how this film ends.
ST: Darwin Nunez - Who knows how this game will go for Nunez. He may score a screamer, he may miss an open goal, or he may do both.
LW: Luis Diaz - A danger to every defence that he plays against, Man Utd's right-back - be it Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Diogo Dalot or another defender - will have a very big job to do against the Colombian.
