Jurgen Klopp’s recent announcement shocked football fans around the world: "I will leave Liverpool at the end of the season."

The revolutionary manager took charge in 2015, transforming Liverpool into one of the most competitive teams in Europe. He amassed more than 200 victories, and clinched several trophies along the way to bring triumphs back to Anfield.

But now, this chapter is set to come to a close in May.

"We are Liverpool, we went through harder things together. And you went through harder things before me. Let's make a strength of it. That would be really cool. Let's squeeze everything out of this season and have another thing to smile about when we look back in the future," he said in a heartfelt message to the fans.

And so, on January 31, Klopp kicked off his Premier League 'goodbye tour' with a clash against Chelsea at Anfield. I, like thousands of others, watched the game in awe. I tuned in to the peacock app through the exciting new edition of the Meta Quest, managing what felt like a first-row seat to history.

As the screen appeared in front of me, in a movie-theater like setting, I could feel the special rendition of 'You'll Never Walk Alone.'

A poignant Anfield atmosphere greeted the two sides with the distinct contrast of red and blue setting the stage for some Premier League heritage. Klopp looked on from the sidelines as the action unfolded after the first whistle, with Liverpool clearly in the lead from the get-go.

There was little contest from Mauricio Pochettino's system, inspiring the Reds to take advantage ever so easily. The visitors couldn't get out and failed to register a single shot in the opening 45 minutes, while on the other end, Darwin Nunez's attempt to get on the scoresheet felt as relentless as the hosts' vigor. It may not have been the Uruguayan’s night, but the in-form Diogo Jota managed the opener.

Following the initial goal in the 23rd minute, the strikes just rolled in until Liverpool secured the 4-1 triumph. One more victory under Jurgen Klopp.
