USMNT star Adams is set to link up again with Marsch, who was sacked as RB Leipzig boss just months into his tenure last season. Leeds are expected to pay around £15m for the midfielder, opting to pursue the 23-year-old ahead of Red Bull Salzburg's Mohamed Camara, another former player of Marsch's.
Both Sinisterra and Adams are expected to join up with the Leeds squad before they fly out to Australia for a pre-season tour on July 10.
