Manchester City have been crowned Premier League champions and their eyes are now firmly on the treble.

Real Madrid were put to the sword in astounding fashion in midweek as the Citizens reached the Champions League final, while their domestic glory was confirmed on Saturday after Arsenal lost at Nottingham Forest.

Here's the side manager Pep Guardiola may deploy against Frank Lampard's Chelsea on a day of celebration at the Etihad Stadium.

GK: Ederson - Made some important saves in City's 4-0 thrashing of Real, firmly deserving his clean sheet.

CB: Kyle Walker - Has overcome some adversity in returning to City's starting XI despite Guardiola's previous revelations about his suitability in the current system. Showed his worth in keeping Vinicius Junior quiet on Wednesday.

CB: Ruben Dias - Other players may be rotated but with Dias in such good form right now, Guardiola is unlikely to replace his general at the back.

CB: Manuel Akanji - The Switzerland international's goal against Real put them firmly in control of the tie before Julian Alvarez made it embarrassing.

DM: John Stones - Teamed up well with Walker to deny Vinicius room to work with.

DM: Rodri - Similarly to Dias, removing Rodri from the XI is unlikely to happen just yet.

RM: Riyad Mahrez - Should come in for Bernardo Silva in a straight swap out wide. Has five assists in his last four league games.

CM: Kevin De Bruyne - Guardiola may get De Bruyne to run the show here and then wrap him up to ensure the Belgian's availability for the FA Cup and Champions League finals.

CM: Ilkay Gundogan - Recent doubles against Leeds and Everton show Gundogan is leading from the front as we approach the end of a long campaign, but links with Barcelona just won't go away.

LM: Phil Foden - Provided a really naughty assist for Julian Alvarez for City's fourth against Real.

ST: Erling Haaland - The record goalscorer could be hooked as soon as he's scored the goals to seal all three points. Only featured in one of the previous three games against Chelsea this season.
