United were victorious in midweek against the soon-to-be-relegated Sheffield United, but they did try their best to endure a rather humiliating night. The Blades took two leads on Wednesday before United rallied in the second half to win 4-2.
Burnley boast greater hopes of survival than Sheffield United, and they have little reason to fear a trip to Manchester. The Clarets have lost just one of their previous five games, but their inability to turn recent draws into wins could prove decisive. Still, Vincent Kompany's side are just three points adrift of safety with four games to play.
