Man Utd vs Tottenham - WSL preview: TV channel, live stream, team news & prediction
Manchester United further proved their new-found resolve for 2022/23 with last Friday's thrilling 3-2 win over Aston Villa, decided by a stoppage time header from centre-back Millie Turner.
United went behind twice in that game, threatening to hand Chelsea a huge advantage in the title race, only to mount a successful second half comeback to claim maximum points. It is just the latest example of Marc Skinner's showing visible improvement in key moments from last season, having been frustrated by Villa in a 0-0 draw last April that killed off their top three hopes.
Tottenham were competing with United to challenge the top three for most of last season and their struggles over the past nine months have come as something of a surprise.
They had to rescue a late point in a relegation battle with Brighton in their last match and are still dangerously close to the foot of the table even if they are now two games unbeaten.
The last meeting between United and Spurs took place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in February, a game originally postponed from September after the passing of the late Queen.
It was a tight affair decided by a Molly Bartrip own goal after Spurs had given more of a fight than expected. Ella Toone was also sent off, but she had her red card rescinded and the suspension was then surprisingly passed to Eveliina Summanen for alleged play-acting instead.

Ramona Petzelberger is on course to return to the squad after missing most of the season since her summer arrival from Aston Villa. A handful of other players will be assessed on Saturday to determine if and how much of a part they can play.
Captain Shelina Zadorsky has been back on the bench without playing in recent weeks after battling health concerns for much of 2023, while Jessica Naz and Ria Percival are continuing to build up match fitness since their respective returns from injury.
Kyah Simon and Ellie Brazil are both out with ACL injuries suffered in October, while Chioma Ubogagu has been missing since late March.
Man Utd vs Tottenham score prediction
Tottenham have been a different side since Bethany England's winter arrival, finding the net in all ten of the WSL games they have played so far in 2023. That contrasts with four dismal games without a goal immediately prior to spending big to sign her from Chelsea in early January.
But where Spurs have continued to struggle is defensively, with their sole clean sheet from the last 14 WSL outings coming against Leicester - the league's most goal-shy team. Putting that defensive record up against a United side who are top scorers, averaging 2.6 goals per game, isn't a good mix.
That United can score goals at will and also largely keep them out has obviously been a huge strength this season and one that should hand them maximum points here.
