Manchester United predicted lineup vs Arsenal - Premier League
- Erik ten Hag dealing with injury crisis ahead of trip to London
- Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia both out at left-back as United chase replacement
- Summer signing Rasmus Hojlund could be involved after training in the week
Erik ten Hag will take his depleted Manchester United squad to Arsenal on Sunday looking for a third Premier League win of the season.
The Red Devils have six points on the board thanks to triumphs over Wolves and Nottingham Forest but an injury crisis has rocked the side, with the likes of Raphael Varane, Mason Mount and Luke Shaw among those struggling with knocks.
United are chasing targets into the late stages of the summer transfer window and, with that in mind, here's the side they could deploy at the Emirates on Sunday.
Manchester United predicted lineup vs Arsenal - Premier League
GK: Andre Onana - Has shown his class but also had some lowlight moments in the wins over Wolves and Forest.
RB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka - Has been battling Diogo Dalot for the right-back spot but both players should feature on Sunday due to injury issues.
CB: Victor Lindelof - Will come in for the absent Varane, with Ten Hag now only one injury away from fielding Harry Maguire.
CB: Lisandro Martinez - Is missing a number of first choice defensive colleagues for this trip to London so will have to step up to keep Man Utd afloat.
LB: Diogo Dalot - Sergio Reguilon has been brought in as an emergency loan signing but Dalot should deputise against Arsenal with Shaw and Tyrell Malacia out.
CM: Casemiro - Has copped some flak with a sluggish start to the season. Has to step up here with so many defensive players out injured.
CM: Christian Eriksen - Will continue to fill the position vacated by Mason Mount. Netted one north London derby goal during his time with Tottenham.
RW: Antony - You know it's bad when Alan Brazil and Gabriel Agbonlahor are telling you to take notes from Anthony Gordon.
AM: Bruno Fernandes - United's voluble captain will be in the ear of the officials all afternoon but his contribution in the final third will be more important in deciding the game's outcome. Helped his side turn the tide in the victory over Forest.
LW: Marcus Rashford - Has shown more sharpness out wide than through the middle, being involved in all three goals against Forest.
ST: Anthony Martial - Ten Hag may very well drop Martial after an ineffectual performance last time out but Rasmus Hojlund isn't yet fully fit, limiting the Dutchman's options up front.
