Manchester United squad ratings on EA Sports FC 24
- The release of EA Sports FC 24 is just around the corner
- Player ratings have arrived for the biggest players and clubs
- Manchester United have received a decent number of upgrades this year
For the first time in three decades, we won't be getting a FIFA game this year. Instead, gamers will have to settle for EA Sports FC, which, despite having a lot of similarities with FIFA, is expected to be a different experience for fans of the franchise.
EA (Electronic Arts) decided not to renew its partnership with FIFA due to the high financial demands the organisation placed on its licensing fee. As a result, EA decided to part ways with FIFA and are now releasing their first solo game which is set to come out on 29 September.
Football fans now wait eagerly to discover what ratings their favourite stars will earn, conjuring up hundreds of Ultimate Team drafts in their head.
Here's what we know about Man Utd's EA Sports FC 24 ratings right now.
Top rated Man Utd players in EA Sports FC 24
Thanks to the fact that he had recently arrived from Real Madrid after winning countless trophies, Casemiro (89) was the highest-ranked player at Manchester United in FIFA 23. He was followed by the likes of Bruno Fernandes (86), Raphael Varane (84) and Jadon Sancho (84).
The Brazilian midfielder has managed to retain his rating of 89 and he is still the highest-rated player in the Manchester United squad in EA Sports FC 24. He is followed by Bruno Fernandes (88) who has improved by two points, whilst Andre Onana (85) has come in to immediately be the third-best player in the team.
There is a big improvement for Marcus Rashford after a very good first season under Erik ten Hag. He was rated 81 in FIFA 23 but has risen to 85 in EA Sports FC 24, putting him level with Raphael Varane (85) as the fourth-best player in the team. Jadon Sancho (82) has dropped two points, as has Harry Maguire (79) after they both had disappointing campaigns.
Rasmus Hojlund comes into the team with a rating of 76 but players of the game can expect that to rise pretty rapidly in Career Mode if he manages to hit the ground running in the virtual world. Similarly, the likes of Alejandro Garnacho (75) and Amad Diallo (74) will likely be worth giving minutes to in that part of the game.
One player who could end up with one of the most seemingly warped ratings is Kobbie Mainoo (62). Ten Hag seems to be a very big fan of him and once he is back from his injury, there is an expectation that he will get a healthy number of minutes and should he impress, his reputation could be much higher in real life than his rating in EA Sports FC 24.
