Napoli team news
Napoli are in the midst of an injury crisis with first-teamers Stanislav Lobotka, Victor Osimhen, Andre-Franck Anguissa, Kalidou Koulibaly, Fabian Ruiz and Lorenzo Insigne all missing for this one.
Luciano Spalletti is also sweating on the fitness of Kostas Manolas, with defensive options already scarce.
Leicester team news
Brendan Rodgers gave a worrying update on his squad's availability during his pre-match press conference.
He revealed that Leicester are without as many as seven players due to coronavirus or illness ahead of the game. They are: Kelechi Iheanacho, Daniel Amartey, Ayoze Perez, Ademola Lookman, Jannik Vestergaard, Filip Benkovic, and Vontae Daley-Campbell.
This renders his team selection somewhat of a mystery with three development players Ben Nelson, Oli Ewing, and Kasey McAteer travelling to make up the numbers.
Elsewhere, longer-term absentees Ricardo Pereira, Wesley Fofana, Youri Tielemans and James Justin remain out with injuries.

Napoli vs Leicester head-to-head record
Unsurprisingly, considering Leicester's recent rise to becoming European regulars, the two sides' clash on matchday one is the only previous meeting between the pair.
An entertaining draw ended 2-2 with the now-injured Osimhen netting a second-half brace to cancel out goals from Ayoze Perez and Harvey Barnes.
After the game there were unsavoury scenes in the stands and the clubs will be hoping to avoid a repeat of that this time out.
Napoli vs Leicester score prediction
A spate of injuries and illnesses in both camps mean neither side are anything near full strength heading into this one.
However, on balance you have to say that Napoli look the more affected with most of their spine - Osimhen, Insigne, Koulibaly and Fabian Ruiz - set to watch on from the stands.
Leicester also need victory here more than their opponents, with the Foxes having very little to play for in the Premier League already. This extra edge might just be enough to see Brendan Rodgers' side to sneak to victory. There's not a chance the leaky Foxes are keeping a clean sheet, though.
Prediction: Napoli 2-3 Leicester
