Nations League 25/09-27/09: How to watch on TV live stream, lineups & prediction
The second group of Nations League fixtures in this international break will begin on Sunday.
Qualification for the finals - due to be played in June next year - is up for grabs, while a number of major nations face relegation from the top tier.

Group 1
Austria vs Croatia (19:45 BST)
Croatia are now the hot favourites to reach the Nations League finals from Group 1, sitting a point ahead of Denmark and five clear of France.
Austria have lost three of their five games in the top and may not be able to avoid a defeat which will consign them to relegation into League B.
