Newcastle agree fee with Chelsea over Lewis Hall
- Newcastle are set to sign Hall on loan with an obligation to buy next summer
- Hall, who has family ties to Newcastle, has travelled for a medical
- Eddie Howe expects the deal to be Newcastle's last this summer
Newcastle United have agreed a deal with Chelsea to sign England Under-19 international Lewis Hall, 90min understands.
After seeing talks over a loan move to Crystal Palace fall through, Chelsea have decided to cash in on the 18-year-old academy graduate, who spent his youth teams days playing in midfield but is comfortable at left-back.
90min understands that Newcastle have agreed to a package which could be worth up to £35m for Chelsea, with Hall set to move to St James' Park on an initial loan deal which includes an obligation for a permanent move next summer.
Newcastle pushed for a loan deal amid concerns over Financial Fair Play and will now be able to add Hall to next season's accounts instead.
As for Chelsea, because the move comes with a guaranteed sale, the money can be included in this summer's finances.

Hall travelled to Newcastle on Friday for a medical ahead of putting pen to paper on a contract with the Magpies, who he grew up supporting thanks to family ties to the region.
Newcastle boss Eddie Howe confirmed talks over Hall are nearing a conclusion and admitted he does not expect any further transfer business this summer.
"He's a player that I like, very versatile, really good potential," Howe said of Hall.
"I think if we were able to bring a player in, that would be our transfer business concluded unless there were injuries within our own players."
