Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insists Paul Pogba is finally back at his best

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has warned Premier League rivals that midfielder Paul Pogba is back to somewhere near his best.
It's been an inconsistent few years for Pogba, who has been plagued by injuries, a lack of form and off-the-field rumours about his future, but he has been hugely impressive during United's recent run of victories, impressing in a number of different positions.

His resurgence continued on Wednesday as he netted a stunning goal to seal a 2-1 win over Fulham, and Solskjaer was full of praise for the Frenchman after the game.
“Paul’s enjoying his football, he’s mentally very happy, he’s physically in very good shape and we know all about his talent,” Solskjaer said (via The Guardian). “I scored a couple of decent left-foot goals in my day but not one that good, not one from 25 yards into the top corner. It was a great goal.
“We’ve always said Paul Pogba can do everything, he can play wide, in central midfield, create chances and score goals. He’s really come on. The key was getting him match fit. Today he was in midfield and he was so committed and got tackles in as well as his goal.”
Pogba's form has helped turn United into genuine Premier League title contenders, but that has only intensified the questions about his future.
The Frenchman now has just 18 months remaining on his contract and seemed certain to leave the club at the end of the season after his agent, Mino Raiola, claimed Pogba was 'unhappy' at Old Trafford in early December.
However, Pogba himself insisted that he is enjoying his football once again and he's hoping for the good times to keep rolling in Manchester.
“We did it the hard way and we did it the beautiful way,” said Pogba (via The Telegraph). “We had to come back and we needed this win and we got it. I hit the ball well, I did not expect it with the left foot like this but if you don’t try, then you don’t score.
“It was a beautiful goal and a beautiful win. I love winning. It is all about winning. I will always be happy when I win and I will always be happy when I am on the pitch. The day we lose I will be angry again. This is me.”
