Palace Release Wavy Lookbook for Summer 2020 - Including Some Beautiful Football Shirts
The return of football might be on the horizon, but instead of waiting for its comeback the gang over at Palace have treated us to a lookbook infused with the beautiful game to tide us over.
The London-based streetwear company have become quite accustomed to their football-fashion collaborations in the last few years and even teamed up with adidas at the back end of 2019 to create a stunning capsule for Italian heavyweights Juventus.
For their summer 2020 collection, Palace have leaned on previously-seen stalwarts from the brand, including a white button-down shirt, a range of garments that sport the 'Hesh' skull and snake embroidered graphic, and a strong selection of zip-up jackets.
The standouts for us, though, are the capsule created in collaboration with Ark Air - most notably its 'Dreamscape' rave-inspired jacket - and the range of football shirts that feature wavy individual designs that can be seen below.
These are the sort of kits that wouldn't look out of place at the hippest of house parties. The sort of shirts your mates ask you where you got them from. The sort of shirts you can don down your local pub, club or discotech - once lockdown is over, obviously - and get all the right attention in. You get the picture, they're cool.
The full lookbook can be found here and will be available to purchase online on Palace’s website on 15 May at 11am BST /11am EDT/ 8am. PDT, and online in Japan and China on 16 May at 11am JST/ 11am CST.
