Paris Saint-Germain fan arrested for setting off fire alarm in Barcelona squad hotel

A Paris Saint-Germain supporter was arrested on Wednesday morning after he set off a fire alarm in the hotel where the Barcelona squad was sleeping ahead of their Champions League clash in the French capital.
Les Parisiens already hold a commanding 4-1 lead going into the second leg, but PSG supporters weren't taking any chances over the possibility of a second Remontada occurring following their 6-1 collapse to La Blaugrana back in 2017.
Barça's preparations had already been disturbed when a group of Parisians lit fireworks outside the team's hotel at four o'clock in the morning in an attempt to rouse the players from their slumber.
RMC reports (via Get French Football News) that one PSG supporter went a step further with his mischief in a bid to quash any threat of a Barça comeback. The fan booked a room in the same hotel as the players and then set the fire alarm off at five o'clock in the morning to disrupt the Catalan side.
The supporter was subsequently taken to the local police station.
Perhaps PSG fans are not too confident in their team's ability to close out this game, despite beginning the second leg with a three-goal advantage. Imagine what they'd do if they weren't winning this tie.
Kylian Mbappe starred at Camp Nou in the previous success, scoring a hat-trick to stun the hosts, while Moise Kean grabbed the other goal.
The second leg should be a fairly routine evening for the French champions, although a seed of doubt remains in the back of their minds after they threw away a 4-0 home win to lose 6-1 at Camp Nou back in 2017.
Neymar, who inspired that Barça comeback four years ago, will not feature for PSG as he continues his recovery from injury.
